-Traditional Cultural Expressions are any expressions of works, in tangible or intangible forms, or combination of both, showing the existence of traditional cultures that are preserved in community and passed between generations.

A potential geographical Indication is a sign to indicate the origin of goods and/or product which is due to its geographical environment, including natural and human factors, or their combinations, gives certain reputation, quality, and characteristics of the goods and/or products which are potentials to be protected as a Geographical Indication.

Traditional Knowledge is a result of intellectual works of knowledge and know-how comprising of characteristics of traditional heritage that are produced, developed, and preserved within certain community or people.

Genetic Resources are plants, animals, microorganism or parts thereof, which have actual or potential values.
