An integrated circuit is a product in finished or semi-finished form, which contains various elements and at least one of these elements is an active element, which is partially or completely interconnected and formed in an integrated manner in a semiconductor material to produce electronic functions.

DTLST can be registered if the DTLST is original, the design is the result of the designer's independent work, and at the time the DTLST was created it was not something common among designers.

Registered DTLSTs receive legal protection for a period of 10 years from the first time the DTLST is commercially exploited or from the date of receipt of the registration application.
Registration fee:
 - General, educational institutions, research institutions: Rp. 700,000
 - UMK: Rp. 400,00
How to register for DTLST:
 - Create an account at https://dtlst.dgip.go.id
- Applicants submit a DTLST application by clicking the Create Application menu > DTLST Application
- Fill in all the data on the form and upload the required documents
- Click the "agree" statement and submit
- Select preview to see the data that has been filled in, and click submit if all the data is correct
- Make billing code payments
